1. What Loupe is

Loupe is an AI-assisted market-intelligence service for luxury collectibles — watches, art, wine, whisky, handbags, and similar assets. You send a photo of an item or a link to an auction listing, and Loupe replies with an estimated valuation, comparable recent sales, and a fair-price verdict.

Loupe is operated by Aardvark Hosting (KvK 68957157, BTW NL001778406B98), the Dutch IT services business behind this website. Loupe is one of our application-development products and runs on the same European infrastructure we use for our other services.

Loupe is available on Telegram at @LuxLoupeBot and on the public web at luxloupe.com. The form below is for the optional SMS channel. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use Loupe.

2. Opt in to Loupe SMS

To receive Loupe valuations by text message, enter your mobile number below, check the consent box, and submit. We record your opt-in so you can then text our toll-free number for valuations.

3. How the opt-in works

Once your opt-in is recorded, text Loupe at +1 (866) 84-LOUPE (+1 866 845 6873) from the number you registered to start a valuation. You can send:

• A photo of an asset (watch, painting, bottle, handbag, etc.)
• A link to an auction listing
• The word START to begin a session

We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly submitted this form with the consent checkbox checked. You may revoke consent at any time — see Opt-out & Help below.

4. Message frequency

Loupe sends messages only in direct response to something you send us. A typical valuation flow looks like this:

• You send a photo or link
• We ask for the asking price (1 message)
• You reply with the price (or "skip")
• We confirm the analysis is running (1 message)
• We send the valuation report (1 message, occasionally 2)

We do not send marketing messages, promotional blasts, or unsolicited content. Frequency depends entirely on how many valuations you request.

5. Opt-out & help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages from this number. We will honour the opt-out immediately and send no further messages unless you text us again to restart.

6. Rates & carriers

Loupe does not charge for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier's standard rates govern. The Loupe SMS service is delivered over a US toll-free number and supports all major US and Canadian mobile carriers.

7. Privacy & data handling

We collect and process the phone number you provide and the content of the messages you send (photos, links, text, asking-price information). This data is used to operate the Loupe service and deliver valuations to you.

SMS/MMS delivery is handled by Twilio, our messaging provider, who acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
